SERRATING TOOL

Self-centering tool for tube plate grooving. A unique one-piece mandrel operates directly in the hole. This results in a perfect surface finish, without burrs. As an option, the tool can be delivered with a lubrication channel for the mandrel. This considerably extends the service life of the cutter and helps to eliminate chips during operation. Slotting tools are manufactured in a wide range of sizes, from 3/8″” (9.52 mm) to 4″” (101.6 mm). They are available in both metric and imperial versions.
