REFINERY EXPANDERS :
Expanders for straight crimping or for crimping and flaring of thick steam cracker tubes. Designed for tubes with outside diameters between 50 and 250 mm (2” – 10”) and for gauges of 6 and 15 mm diameter (0,19” – 0,59”). Flaring from 10 to 15 degrees. Roller length: 1-1/2″” – 4″” (38.1 mm – 101 mm). Made to order according to the tube seat design.
NOTCHING & SLOTTING :
Notching & dimpling for tube sheets and thin tubes. Only one operation is required. The notches lock the tube to the front and back of the tube sheet, preventing it from loosening during transport or when crimping nearby tubes that have already been dimpled. The crimping capacity is adjustable to within 0.005 mm. You do not need a torque-controlled engine.
STEP:
The step expanders are excellent tools for quick tube rolling into thicker tubesheets (6″” – 24″”). These expanders have 1″” (25.4 mm) grooves along the tool cage. This allows the spring to load the stop, to flow quickly and efficiently along the length of the dowel. Significant time savings are guaranteed with this pass-through dudging through the entire thickness of the tube sheet.
EPS TUBE:
EPS expanders are designed to adjust the ends of tubes and enlarge their inside diameters by a specific size. This is done to create the proper clearance between the outside diameter of the tube and its inside diameter before brazing or silver soldering. The threaded spindle allows the desired size to be achieved at one end quickly and accurately. Available for outside diameter up to 8″”.
