Automated and robotic system for end facing and rolling of heat exchanger tubes.
Special TES 3000 version mounted on a FANUC robot with 6 axes for CNC. Features :

The Swift Roll X1 is supplied with a laptop PC containing built-in software and custom CAM software for easy programming of tube sheets.

Options include auto referencing, vision system and force sensors (a function that allows robots to determine the torque and force used). The Swift Roll can be built with a larger robot. Has the dual advantage of greater arm reach and greater load capacity.
